I pronounce the ending like
Caroline rather than
Pauline and I love it. Definitely in my top 20 It's very stately.
Ottilie, which I also like is much girlier and a little bit frilly. I could see using
Ottilie as a pet name for a little
Ottoline.
Names that feel similar to me are
Augusta Lucasta and
Olga (which I adore),
Lavinia,
Aurelia and
Charlotte (which I'm not so keen on). Empress-y names.
I just remembered...when I was in my early 20s, still a student and in NO WAY thinking of having a child, I dreamt I had a baby called
Ottoline Maude
