Well according to Illyana Rasputin's Marvel wikia pages the name means:

"Ilyana" is actually the Bulgarian and Serb feminine of the masculine name "Ilya". English equivalents of the name "Ilya" are "Elijah", "Elias" and "Elliot". In Russian language, the name "Ilyana" doesn't exist at all.
I'm not 100% sure if the name isn't used in Russia but here's the Illyana submitted name:

So yeah, I'm pretty sure it's the feminine version of Ilya which means "My God Is Yahweh". Hope this helped.
