[Opinions] Re: Beverly

Hi !!!
I dislike its -bev sound.
But..you are right.
It is one of that names that in films are used for cheerleaders or 'the most popular girl in the school'.
Instead I love Tiffany.
I think it is elegant and frilly in a positive way.
I can see a shy, beautiful girl in 1950s...like you said for Beverly.
I don't think about the brend.
When I hear Tiffany the first think is a little ringing bell and after that ribbons. I love them and I also like the colour.

Yes, I also don't like Bev. I guess many people would try to use that as a nickname :/ I also don't like Tiff or Tiffy so much. I do like Beverly and Tiffany in their full forms. Tiffany has a really interesting sound and like you I think of bells, it has a cheerful elegant sound. I actually think that Tiffany is a very strong name, it makes me think of the epiphany and it is very sophisticated sounding to me. Unfortunately I think that many people have negative associations with Tiffany (cheerleader who only cares about herself and boys or something). Hmmmm.
