Are Conan and Enya mononymous (i.e. too associated with the comedian and the singer to be usable)? For instance, have they gone the way of Cher, Elvis, Beyoncé, and Shakira?

Well, for Conan I immediately thought of the barbariann, but that's not much better.
Enya I did quickly think of the singer but I feel like it's still usable.

I love Enya!!!
Both because of the singer and its Irish vibe.
I think that it is more elegant than the singers's names that you said but maybe it is only because of her music.

Conan is dated imo.
I dislike it anyway.
