[Opinions] Rosa
What do you think of Rosa? Do you prefer it over Rose?I think it is beautiful, I am just hesitating because I knew a not very pleasant one a few years back. Do you have any nice Rosa associations? I need to get rid of the bad one :PWhat do you think of first when you hear Rosa? Any colors, objects, people etc.?Thanks :)

I prefer the simplicity of Rose, but Rosa is okay too. It does make me think of Rosa Parks, who isn't a bad namesake at all!Rosa is sort of orange mixed with a bit of red.

I think Rosa is a beautiful name, so gorgeous. Rose is lovely too and I couldn't choose a fave out of the two. I always think of Rosa Parks, the human rights activist and that's not a bad thing imo. I always see the colour red when I hear the name, for obvious reasons.

Rosa is my number one girls name—I absolutely adore it. Rose doesn't compare in my eyes.Imagery wise I get cream colored linens in morning light. There is no rhyme or reason to that other than the letters used equate to that in my mind. I guess it's synesthesia of some form or another. My associations are Rosa Parks and Rosa Vera, an artist. I also think of the song Rosa by Jacques Brel and Rosa by Keith Harkin.

I like Rosa. I think it's pretty, exotic, and far more interesting than Rose. I know quite a few Roses and Rosies, and I find them a bit boring (the names not the people haha). The only association I have with Rosa is Rosa Parks, so a great one, and she makes me like Rosa more. I think there's a bit of an exotic, historical feel to Rosa. I can imagine a beautiful girl with long, dark curly hair, wearing a light white cotton dress somewhere hot, always running off, not doing as she's told, and generally being a bit mischievous and defiant. Colourwise I think warm, reds and yellows.
