I kind of like it. It reminds me of Hadley Fraser. While I much prefer Hadley, this name still makes me feel warm and fuzzy on the inside thanks to him. I only like this spelling though.

It's been used in my husband's family for at least three generations, so I'm used to it as a fn.The first little Fraser got his name in 1916; it was his mn and he never used it, but he gave it to two of his own sons, one as a mn and the other as a fn. Then there's one in New Zealand, in his 20s, and a teenage one here in South Africa. Maybe others somewhere too.I avoided it when naming my son, because there were just so many in the family already. But it's a very nice name, I think, pleasantly Scottish and energetic, and familiar without being trendy. The only disadvantage is that people shorten it to Frase, which I don't like much though I use it myself sometimes.

I think it's usable. I know a guy named Frazer (spelled this way) but I'm not a fan of the name. Also it reminds me of the show.

It is a little surnamey but probably because of the sitcom. Fraser would be maybe a bookworm; cute nerdy type.
