I've always liked it, pronounced the English way. I like that far more than CHEH-lee-ah or CHEHL-ya. I like it far more than I do Cecilia. It makes me think of Tudor England, because of the novel "Green Darkness". I don't like it enough to use it, but I'd love to meet a Celia. I never have.
