Not local, but from the US nonetheless. A man in his sixties named Rhubarb, and a woman in her late teens named Utopia. Utopia apparently died of an overdose. In search of utopia?

It says he died of heart problems. I doubt the name was a mashup of anything, since it's spelled exactly like the vegetable and most everybody knows what rhubarb is even if they've never eaten it.
