If you participate you post the list without the names you took and type somewhere which names you took. Some poeple say 'Eliminated ----- ----' or 'I took ------- -----' or 'Taking ---- ----', all that tells you is which names they took and you take two more (people don't really need to post which names they took as you don't use that information but it's interesting to know).
