[Opinions] Troubadour
I was discussing occupational names with a friend, and we began rambling off different occupations and then snickering or looking at each other thoughtfully. (My favorite was Plumber.) Troubadour was one I thought of later (as it doesn't seem to be a common occupation nowadays). It's one of my favorite job titles, but it's not very name-y. I don't think I'd ever use it. And now, here is the inevitable: WDYT?

I wouldn't use it for a real person, but it would be an *awesome* character name in a book. If it wasn't an occupation, it would be a rather nice name, actually. It looks and sounds fun.

It's nmsaa. I do know a guy with the name though who is like 50 or 60. At least I think it's his name. Maybe its Tibadour i'm not really sure. I knew him when I was younger. It's very similiar to this name though.

I like it because it reminds me of a song I like very much. It was the Dutch EuroVision songfestival entry from a long time ago.
I think it might be usable as a mn, certainly not as a fn
