Generally, one does not. However, if forced, it's usually nuh-VAY-uh.
Shouldn't Heaven backwards be spelled
h-e-l-l? That's what I always think of whenever I see this name.

Huh? Oh come on, someone could pronounce Charlotte as "Bob" if they wanted to; there's no law against it; but most names, whether recently created or not, do have a pronunciation which bears SOME resemblance to their spelling. :)

I say Nev-ay...but I know some pronounce it Nev-ay-ah. To me 'aeh, has the same pronounciation as 'eh, if it was 'eah, it would be A-ah.
