I love Oona (as well as Una)! The double "o" is really enchanting.

Oona in this spelling, with the double O at the beginning, looks for my taste
let's say, something you need get used to. (The Oonagh spelling even less)
I prefer the Una spelling, similar to Uma or Uta.
