I think it's very pretty. Hippyish, but pretty.
However, nowadays increasingly a child born after the death of another child is konwn as a 'rainbow baby' and I think many people would assume that of a young child named Rainbow, so maybe better as a middle?
Or what about Iris instead - the rainbow goddess
