I don't usually include my own opinions on these, but really, the girls' names are pretty much a mess.

Blake Lynn - I do not see the appeal of this combo. It's choppy and overly preppy. Lynn is such a filler middle name.
Jaelani Jewels - This sounds like the name of a jewellery store. Atrocious.
Abilah Victoria Jane - Not a fan of Abilah, but Victoria Jane is beautiful. I wonder where Abilah is from.
Athalia - Ok. Not my style, but not horrendous.
Aarianna Gizelle - Horrible spellings. Ariana Giselle or Ariana Gisele would've been a million times better.
Micah Benjamin - Solid. The names pair well together. Not something I'd use though.
Jackson Augustus - Very mismatched, but I don't completely hate it. I would prefer Jack Augustus. I strongly dislike most -son names. Plus, Jackson is so preppy. At least they didn't spell it Jaxon.
Kameron Allen - Not a fan. Cameron would have been an improvement. Terrible flow, and it has the same problem as Blake and Jackson for me. They sound so preppy, like they go to yacht clubs and wear polo shirts with the collars popped.

I really don't like Jane but your post made me realize that it's stunning as a middle name with Victoria. The Victoria Jane combo is stunning. Should have left the Abilah out.

I'd have no real complaints with the boys' names if Kameron were spelled Cameron.

Blake Lynn - I dislike Blake on a girl and agree with the khaki pants comment.
Jaelani Jewels - Hm.... okay but Jewel would have been better.
Abilah Victoria Jane - Abilah is weird. Victoria Jane would be okay but boring.
Athalia - Okay
Aarianna Gizelle - I don't like the double a. Bizelle would be better if it had the right spelling. Arianna Giselle?

Aarianna Gizelle - I don't like the double a. Bizelle would be better if it had the right spelling. Arianna Giselle?

Blake Lynn - Choppy. Makes me think of khaki pants.
Jaelani Jewels - Jaelani Jewel would've been nicer.
Abilah Victoria Jane - My first thought was that Abilah was some obscure Old Testament name, like Athalia turned out to be but I can't find any legitimate source for an origin on it. The sound of it is... okay. I think the Victoria Jane part is charming.
Athalia - Interesting, I'd never heard this name before. In real life it seems like it would blend in with all the Amelias and Amalias though.
Aarianna Gizelle - Unfortunate spellings. Also, even if it was spelled normally, it still would seems over-the-top pwetty pwetty pwincess. I bet they put her in tutus and onesies that read "Daddy's Princess." Is that overly judgmental? Probably
Micah Benjamin - Solid combo.
Jackson Augustus - This looks almost hilariously like a compromise between parents with two completely different naming styles. I mean, both are in-style, but Jackson is so modern mainstream trendy and Augustus so hipster and Roman and old-mannish. So they clash. Also, I hate Jackson but like Augustus, so I'd wish Augustus was first.
Kameron Allen - I think Cameron is a nice enough name but the K ruins it, and with Allen as the middle it seems so dull.

The post is entitled "Texas BAs" just because that happens to be where the BAs come from, most likely because that happens to be where the OP lives. It wasn't meant to imply that there is anything particularly Texan about the names. They could have come from anywhere in the US.
