Lula is not a name I would use but I appreciate it and like hearing it used. I think it's sweet and would age well.
No-one else is standing up for Reign but I'll defend it. I love Reign spelled this way. I knew a girl with this name a few years back and have liked it ever since. Because of her, I think of it as feminine but I can see it working on a boy too.
