I immediately think of Italian-restaurant dishes, too. But I think if I saw it as someone's name, that wouldn't be too distracting. Especially because I know it means
Spring. It would just seem eccentric, like the name
Spring does in English too.
I think even if not for the food association, the name would be a little bit too long for my taste. Also I can see Latin for first and true in it, and that makes it seem even less like a name.
