I like Eliška. But In English-speaking countries is a problem with this caron in S or not?

Eliška Rejčka - Richenza Piastovna of Poland
and many many more..

If pronounced e-LISH-ka, I think it's rather pretty, but e-LIS-ka reminds me of a Swedish word for "soapy; sickly sweet".

Its okay. It sounds a lot like a nickname though.

I think it's lovely! I spent a semester in Czech Republic last year and Eliska is very popular for young girls. It's very sweet.
