I just keep hearing it as the start of "milk a cow". I'm definitely a no on this one.

My toddler asks for "milka" when he wants to nurse so I definitely couldn't use it.

What about Milkah?
Adding an h makes it different to Milka but enough similar to recognise the origin without confusing it with Micah.
