I say that kind of thing all the time.
Means it's not to my taste, but I'm not judging it to be a bad name.
If I just said "it's ugly," that sounds like I think it's a bad name.
I think the name Bridget is ugly. But I know it's a perfectly nice name.
I think the name Braelyn is ugly. I don't understand what anyone sees in it, and I don't want to understand.
