Not really. I don't follow the lives of the British royal family.
I probably associate it most with chamomile (calm) and Priscilla (prim).
I'd contrast it to Camille (Camilla seems cold, in comparison) and Camellia (Camilla seems bland, in comparison).
I like Cam and Milla but not Milly. I think it's nice, overall, but don't feel strongly about it.
