I prefer Julian just because I love the name, but Julius is OK. I always want it to be Julian when I see it, though! :)

I quite like it, but then i like most names with a Roman feel to them lol. As for middle names it depends if you want something uncommon to go with Julius or something more well known. Here's some suggestions:
