Which do you prefer and why?
Combos we have in mind are
Georgia Colleen
Georgia Antoinette
Anthea Florence nn Thea
Anthea Mei nn Thea
Our boy option is Peter Lorcan or Peter Firenze

I would prefer Anthea Florence over Georgia Colleen.
Both have a good flow, but Colleen is a bit too old lady-ish for me.
The variant Georgia Colette would probably only slightly improve it.
Personally, I would use the modification Antje Florentijn or Anouk Florentine.
In principle, there is nothing wrong with the name Peter, but in combination with Lorcan or Firenze it either does sound harsh or looks a bit strange/weird.
Instead, I would recommend either Loris or Florent here,
Peter Loris or Peter Florent.
Both have a good flow, but Colleen is a bit too old lady-ish for me.

I don’t like Georgia Antoinette. The vowels run together at the end of Georgia and the beginning of Antoinette.
I like Georgia Colleen, especially since it combines the two middle names of you and your husband. The flow is nice as well. That’s my favorite of the combos.
I don’t like Anthea, it’s very odd sounding to my ears. My brain doesn’t process it as a full name for some reason, as I read it.

I don't have a great impression of Georgia the state, so I don't have a great impression of Georgia the name.
Like some of the other posters, I'd prefer Althea or Athena instead of Anthea (if I wanted Thea as a NN and to honor an Anthony, I might go with Althea Antoinette).
But Anthea is nice. I like Anthea Florence a lot.

I like them both. It's hard to say which I like better, they are so different. Georgia is more down to earth and approachable. Anthea has an ethereal beauty. I do not like nickname Thea though. I kind of takes away Anthea's appeal and makes it a bit boring.

Anthea Florence is far too floral. Anthea Mei sounds lovely, but a lot of people will think that Mei is a mistake or a kre8iv spelling of May or Mae. My Chinese friend Mei-Lin tried to get people to call her Plum, but nobody ever did!

I love Georgia! It’s on my shortlist as well, I just can’t ever get SO on board. I have a distant cousin with a 2-year-old named Georgia, so I can definitely see it on a child. I prefer Georgia Colleen of those combos, though I loathe the name Colleen, because it flows better.
I don’t like Anthea. It seems like it’s trying to be the word “anthem”, or that it’s a misspelled word entirely. I like Anthea Florence better - Florence seems more substantial and is pretty. I love Thea! Maybe Althea? Since you want to honor the name Anthony, you could also consider Antonia or Antoinette as a FN, with a MN that could provide the NN Thea (Althea, Amalthea, Athena, Theodora / Theodosia, Theophania, Dorothea, Theresa, Timothea, Xanthia). Or use one of the boy names to honor Anthony.

I’d like it better if it’s two syllables, and it seems more masculine with that pronunciation to me. I don’t love Lorcan, but it’s okay.

1. Colleen is not my absolute fave but I like the flow and DH likes that it is my middle name because George is his middle name (thats not why we picked Georgia its just always been on my list).
2. Antonia is a name we also like but the name would most likely be Antonia Phoenix or Antonia Mei with the nn Annie.

I've never lived Georgia, I think it's short, harsh and ugly (sorry!) Anthea I don't think much more highly of... Though I do really enjoy Thea so Anthea Florence would win out of the options you gave.
If I could tweak slightly, and mix 'n' match those middles, I would LOVE to see Georgina Florence or Athena Florence "Thea" - I strongly thing Thea still works as a nickname for Athena. Or you could cut out the middle man and go with Thea Florence.

I love Georgia - it's "normal" but refreshing since it's never been overused. Georgia Colleen is very pretty. Not a fan of Georgia Antoinette because of the "ah-ah" sound between the names.
I don't care for Anthea - it looks and sounds (in my head) like Athena accidentally spelled incorrectly. Plus, IMO the goddess Athena is a much cooler namesake than the goddess Anthea!
Peter Firenze flows well (and Firenze is an awesome mn).
