We have found a child for you.
Sergei Viktor is a sixteen month old boy from Russia. As is the case with one third of the children the adoption center receives, his mother was very young when he was born and had neither the financial means nor the time to care for him properly. He has just learned how to walk and loves to run away from the caregivers. He is healthy and developmentally normal.
We know he will fit in with your family and would love to hear how his arrival went.
