This is a French word turned into a name and in English it normally comes out as "meen-YONN". In French I believe the last "n" would be closer to silent and would simply "nasalize" the vowel of the last syllable, but you'd have to check with a native French speaker to confirm that.
Although I've personally never cared for Mignon much, I guess there's nothing really wrong with it. :)
