Annie and Willa are very cute together. I like both of the sibsets you've suggested - well, I'm not keen on Wilson for a girl, but if it's a name that holds significance, that's understandable. If pressed, I'd choose Susannah Audrey and Caroline Wilson, because Susannah Ruth and Elizabeth as sisters feel very religious, but I really like both.
