Larkin was my number one name a few years ago for either a boy or girl and has recently returned to the top of my boy's list. As such, I've been thinking about combos and potential sibling names.

What do you think of Ashby or Brooks for a brother? How about Anna, Hazel, Felicity, Elisabeth, or Clara for a sister?

Of the combos below, are there any which you would recommend I keep?

I like Ashby and Brooks with Larkin - they both fit well. You could even make a combo like Ashby Brooks or Brooks Ashby.

I like Larkin Elliot, Tobias, Joel and Timothy. I really like a “t” somewhere in the middle name with Larkin...like, I don’t ordinarily pay much attention to Tobias or Timothy but they sound good with Larkin.

My Ashby and Brooks combos are Ashby Cornelius or Brooks Griffith. :)

I don't usually pair Tobias or Timothy with anything either but I think they sound good with Larkin too.

Larkin is a guilty pleasure of mine. I like it on either a boy or girl. The girl names you have would all work well with it, but Ashby and Brooks push it toward trendy and steal some of the quaint medieval charm.

Larkin Joel sounds like a musician or performer. I usually don't go for Joel, but this pairing is rather cool.
Larkin Henry is a nice, solid combo.

For a boy:
Larkin James
Larkin Patrick
Larkin Connor
Larkin Fergus - Larkin feels very Irish on a boy.

For a girl, I think the names you mentioned for a sister could also make nice middle names.

Hm. Yeah, I can see what you mean about Ashby and Brooks with Larkin seeming a bit more trendy. After thinking about it, I'm leaning towards more classic or old fashioned names with it.

Larkin Patrick is one I didn't think of! I'm a Patricia so it'd be fun if I were to ever use the name.

I love Larkin, but only for a boy. Of your combos I like Larkin Tobias or Larkin Joel the best.

I like Larkin too, but for a girl. Maybe it's because I had a student teacher in precalc named Miss Larkin lol but yeah, I like it for a girl better.

Out of your combos, I like Larkin Elliott (this spelling), Larkin Tobias, Larkin Theodore, and Larkin Timothy.

I love Larkin for a girl as well but there's something about it for a boy that just makes it a "wow" name for me.

I have Larkin Elliott on my list as well! I can never decide between Elliot or Elliott.
