Which one, and why? Hmm. Your ideas are intriguing to me and I wish to subscribe to your newsletter.

Hi Billina !!!It's nice that both have a Hollywood vibe in my mind.Infact Russell is tied with Crowe while Brad with Pitt and Cooper (if we use Bradley).I choose Russell because it has a better meaning (I love names tied with red) and because I like the actor. After that Brad always seem too similar to bread in my opinion...

Russell. I don't mind Bradley though.

Seems like an odd contrast between what I think of as a short "pet" form and a full name.I think a better contrast would be Brad vs. Russ. or Bradley vs. Russell. :)I like Brad better than Russ, but Russell better than Bradley, myself.

Russel. I actually sort of like it. It’s nice, almost handsome. It was my great grandpas name, and he went by Russ. Brad is just slimey and sneaky.

Got to be Russell, with a nod to Lord Bertrand Russell if nods are needed. As for "why?" what can I say but "Oh, Brad!" "Oh, dammit!" I've beeen trying to focus on Don Bradman instead, but I'm not that keen on Australian cricketers tbh.

I think Russell sounds nicer, and less like a cliched dumb hunk with three brain cells.

Russell. Brad sounds too dated.
