I like it for a boy. It has an appealing sound, and I like the fact that it has a traditionally female name ending. Plus, it's a palindrome.

I've been thinking about it for awhile. I think Asa is a great alternative to the very popular Noah - short, biblical, masculine name. Ace would be cute nickname as a child.

Not really my cup of tea, but there's nothing wrong with it. Asa sounds quiet and studious.

Asa was in my list years ago. But it is too simple and it is quite boring. I prefer other names.

I like Asa, but I often feel alone in this. It reminds me of Ace, but it's more substantial; and it's a palindrome. It's also uncommon, yet still fits in with current "trends" so it won't look too out of place on a child today.

Reminds me of aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid or asa for short.)
