I've recently started to like it, too, which is mildly distressing because it used to scream pretentious at me and sound like it could be one of Cinderella's step sisters.
...it's so fun, though! Maybe it's partly because I've heard more Pr* names lately.
Some other names I like that I'd group it with: Regina, Prunella, Pansy, Drusilla, Octavia, Gloria, Augusta, Benedicta, Penelope, Patience, Lucinda, Romilda, Camilla.
And some names I don't particularly like but that it seems similar to: Patricia, Barbara, Lavinia, Narcissa, Cynthia, Claudia, Lucilla, Constance, Tiffany, Fenella, Lydia.
Prissy seems unfortunate to me still, and Cilla by itself is a bit irritating, probably because of word associations. I'd only like Prisca as a NN but also don't think it needs one.
