Jazzlyn is better than either of those IMO. Jazz is an actual word, so putting "jazz" in the name makes more sense than "jaz" which is just a sound. And Jazzlynn looks too redundant with double double letters. And -lynn also looks dated to me, so I'd go with Jazzlyn.
