I like it. I prefer Jessamyn actually. I forgot I kind of had an affair with this name a few years ago; I enjoy it as a middle name.Ida Jessamyn!

While I find Jasmine a bit gaudy, Jessamine is a lovely and more sophisticated alternative. Jessamy isn't pleasant at all - it just looks like a combination of Jess and Amy.

It's pretty in its own way. But it looks like a mashup of Jessica and Jasmine, and not as nice as either one. And Jessamy looks like a mistake.

Jessamine is Jasmine's refreshing and slightly more spunky cousin. I think it's beautiful. Jessamy is ok. It looks like a "smush" of '80s-type names Jess and Amy though...and it has a childish vibe (I find Amy to be a very childish/babyish name). So putting Jessamy in the middle name spot as you have is a great use of it!From your list I like:
Jessamine Althea
Jessamine Athena
Jessamine Augusta
Jessamine Clio
Jessamine Laura
Jessamine Ruth
Jessamine ThoraFlora Jessamy
Ida Jessamy
Perla Jessamy
Sibyl Jessamy
Thora Jessamy

I love Jessamine. It's soft and gentle, and Jessie is one of my favorite nns. It's a flower/nature name, but subtle about it, like Daphne. If I'd had a daughter, Jessamine would have been a strong contender. I prefer the variant Jessamyn, because 1) the first time I encountered this name was the author Jessamyn West, and 2) I like the look of the y better (I'm not usually one for variant spelling, but this and Caitlyn are exceptions). Jessamy is nice, but not as nice as Jessamine, the -ee ending seems harder. Jessamine Marie
Jessamine Lydia
Jessamine Alice
Jessamine Willow
Jessamine Ivy
Jessamine Rose
Jessamine Mary
Jessamine Annelies
Jessamine Celeste
Jessamine Daphne
Jessamine Leslie
Jessamine Sarah
Jessamine Aria

Prefer JesssmyJessamine is perennially used as a character name by authors of historical fiction. And yet I've never seen it used in fiction written before 1920. Jessamy is cute. I like Clio Jessamy
