I quite like it! I don't care for Aggie, and I have an Aunt Nancy, so I wouldn't use that either, but I think Ness/Nessa/Nessie could be nice as far as nicknames.

I'm in the US.

I know a 1 year old Agnes. I think it is making a bit of a comeback here in the UK. It’s a family name for me and I’ve always liked it.

It’s ok. I don’t find it to be very attractive, but it’s also not completely ugly. I prefer Inez. I dislike Aggie, but Nancy has a vintage charm.
