Diana is the name of the day. It’s one of my favorites.

I think it's very attractive. It's not really in fashion, but it wil never really go out of fashion either.

I used to be indifferent-leaning-towards-dislike for Diana as I thought it be quite a dated, stuffy name - I especially (and still) think this about Diane.Growing up British also, I associated this name heavily with Princess Diana of Wales, not a terrible namesake but one I couldn't shake when I heard the name and therefore could never imagine using it on a child myself. With the rise of Wonder Woman, a new association for Diana came into play, another strong female and I started to see the name in a more youthful light. My husband likes Diana a lot but I still can't bring myself to move it to our agreed first name list; it is, however, on there for middle names. And I wouldn't mind seeing a little Diana running around as somebody else's offspring, I think I would be pleasantly surprised.

It's beautiful, elegant, and underrated. What a difference one letter makes. Diane is so plain, so sedate.

Diana is beautiful, certainly, but Di isn't. So, Diana would work just fine as a mn. For a fn, I'd use Dinah, which I also like very much, plus it's a family name and less likely than Diana to be shortened.

I like it, a very elegant classic. I slightly prefer Diantha and Diane, though.

I like it well enough but prefer Diandra and Diantha.

I think it’s gorgeous.I like the pronunciation Dy-anna over Dee-anna and sadly, only the last one makes sense in Danish so I can’t ever use it on a child. But it’s gorgeous and looks good in writing too.
