Dorothy L Sayers used it as the given name for one of her characters in a Lord Peter Wimsey novel: can't recall the ln, but Hallelujah was, appropriately enough, a church minister from the Caribbean.

As a name to use when speaking to its owner, it seems inconveniently long. It could I suppose shorten to Hally. Or Lu.
