No but it always makes me think of the word lid, as in a container with a lid. Lol.
I've always found Lydia to be a bit harsh. It is a mature seeming name but also feminine and a little old-fashioned. It reminds me of the names Evelyn and Agnes. They are names that I sort of like but they each have something about them that makes me not interested in them for my own children. I think they are nice for other people's children because there isn't anything wrong with them they just aren't quite my style.
