Lydia does not have enough in common with Labia to make me think of it. Maybe like... Labella...
I love Lydia! I don't care about Lidia. It's beautiful, simple, distinct yet recognizable, and combines really well. I'm blue that it only has a geographical meaning rather than a clear etymological one, but I like that it's ancient and I like that it can be associated with the Lydian scale.
