A friend of mine has twin daughters named Reese and Riley. (Their older sister is Makenzie.)

I prefer Rhys, and for boys. Reese puts me in mind too much of the candy, and yes of Reese Witherspoon, as well. Neither are bad associations necessarily, but they're there.

If I had to name a daughter Reese, I'd probably name her something like Reese Juliet or Reese Annabel. Give it something a little more obviously feminine to balance it out.
