I like Finley the best!
Fable seems more fem to me. I wouldn’t use it for a first name, but i think it’s a good middle name option. (Alana Fable Coleman, Natalie Fable Dias.)
I think Fox could be uni, but i personally see it more masc., but could see a little girl named Fox. I would pair it with a more common fn/mn. (Harrison Fox, Fox Thomas / Isabella Fox, Fox Kaylee)
Finley could work for either. Finn is a good nickname that seems more masc. to me personally. I think it could work with any mn/fn. (Finley Kian, Mason Finley / Finley Grace, Mia Finley.

I don't like Fable or Fox for either gender, for more than one reason, but one is, they both have connotations of deceit.
Finley sounds preppy and uninteresting, but I'd go with that. Finn is okay.
I like Fern as unisex. It doesn't sound overtly feminine to me, because of Fernando and Fernand, and ferns don't flower. I'd use it.
I like the idea of Farah as masculine but wouldn't use it.

Fable is on my PNL. I love that it's literary (not really into fables as such, but it means simply "story" in Latin, which is pretty) and it has a modern sound (think Sable, Hazel). I think it's better suited for a girl because close to Fay).The only thing I dislike about it is reminds me a bit of "feeble".
Fox - I would think boy, but as an animal name, it can be unisex. I wouldn't be too surprised if I met a girl Fox. I personally don't like it much, it's cartoonish to me.
Finley - really prefer for a boy. Fin / Finn is strictly masculine to my ears. I quite like it, but prefer Finn and Finnegan.

I think they’re all silly... well, I like Finley, but only for a boy.
Fable is fine, but to me, it seems sort of like naming your kid “lie”. I know that’s not the only meaning but that’s what I think of.
Fox would be okay, only as a mothers maiden name in the middle name slot.
