Help[Opinions] I see Leo as a full name

and not nn at all. If it was good enough for the famous Russian author Leo Tolstoy, it is good enough for anyone.
I think Tony Blair's youngest son is named just Leo. You could pair Leo with a long mn (Leo Benedict, Leo Benjamin, Leo Christopher, Leo Jonathan, Leo Sebastian etc).
The only variant of Leo which I like as much is Leon.
