I'm late replying this month, but I wanted to do another ten-year comparison.
Here are my Top 10, for boys & girls, for September 2020:
Nicholas Ronan
Wesley Owen Rhys
Finn Gabriel
Donovan Leo
Malcolm Elliott

Dominic Edwin
Jeffrey Lloyd
Richard Arthur

Felicity Charlotte

Again, my boys list is pretty static, particularly the Top 6. Rowan & Jeffrey (the latter I used to keep as a GP due to perceived datedness) replaced Devon & Lennox.
There was a little more action in my girls list, with three new names as well as some new combos. Eleanor, Maeve (very old favorite), and Tirzah replaced Francesca, Naomi, and Candace.
And here were my top names in September 2010:

Wow, is that an eclectic list! I vaguely remember the combo Electra Natille Anouk and how I thought I was a genius for coming up with it. That and Lumina Cyan Lucia ("luminous blue light") sound like celebrity baby announcements, lol! And ten years ago is about right for my past fascination with Vesper.
