It is not a name. It is Christoph(er) truncated to 8 characters due to a bug in data processing and this bug specifically occurred in New York.It was discovered and published by Nancy Man and published in her blog here:http://www.nancy.cc/2007/11/08/the-great-baby-name-glitch-of-1989-christop-alexandr-elizabet/
