[Opinions] Cassander
What's your thoughts on this name? I believe it's Ancient Roman if I'm not mistaken.

I like this name a lot. I seem to have a thing for Cass- names; Cassandra, Casselda, Cassidy, Cassian etc
Not sure why this is. I think I just really like the Cass- sound and perhaps the nn Cassy? I love Cassy
Gives me witchy vibes, but that's likely due to Cassandra; the mythological association and the name of a fictional witch from a cartoon I grew up with. And, well, I'm always up for more witchy names

I quite like it. It does remind me about the myth surrounding Cassandra, but no so much that its usage would bother me.

It’s Ancient Greek, actually - the Latinized form of Kassandros.
I don’t mind the name, though it’s a bit long for my liking. Same with Cassandra.

It’s been on my list for a while. I like it a lot.
Used in Middle English as a version of Cassandra. In Skelton's poem to Mistress Margaret Hussey, he compares her to 'good Cassander', quite probably to get a rhyme for 'coliander' and 'pomander'. It looks masculine, like Alexander rather than Alexandra, but in context - Good Cassander, Steadfast of thought - it must refer to the Trojan truth-teller.
I don't like it as a name for anyone, but the reference is fun.

Yeah, that is fun.
I like it. Reminds me of Evander, Alexander, and Cassian / other Cass names. Seems like it could be popular soon.
