Help[Opinions] Edwin / Edwina
We just got 2 BTN babies named Edwin and Edwina. What do y'all think of these fun names? I think they're like a fascinating vegetable, one that I like, but appreciate more than I like, and forget to pick up at the grocery store and then forget in the fridge. ha I think they're super cool names though.

I hadn’t noticed we have an Edwin and an Edwina, and born one day apart.., talk about BtN twins!

I knew a Suzanne Edwina, named after a French grandmother and an English grandfather - Edward. And, back at school I knew an Edwin who was gay and very good-looking and became an actor. They are both good names, with a gritty edge that I find interesting. Don't think I'd use either, but that's because they're outnumbered by all the names I would use.

HA! I love your vegetable analogy. It reminds me of the time I picked up kohlrabi at the store (I had never heard of it before) and was determined to try cooking it, only to forget about it and eventually had to toss it. This was like a year ago and I STILL haven't attempted to cook kohlrabi, though I really want to!
Anyway, I think Edwina is really adorable. Edwin is cute, too, but I prefer Edwina for its slightly whimsical vibe.

Kohrabi is yummy. A friend of mine gave me a giant kohrabi plant once.
I cooked it down in garlic and had it in a pita with mayonnaise and olives and shredded carrot.

Edwin Leofric popped into my mind last week. I love it.
Edwina has been a more longstanding favorite, though I prefer that it be pronounced like Edwin + "a."

I love Edwina, don't like Edwin. I do like the nickname Ed for either sex, Eddie for boys, and Edie for girls.
