Well, I think it's immature. I actually hate it. How about Kendra or Kindle? They're sort of similar to Kinsley which rhymes with Tinsley.

I strongly dislike it. Sounds very bratty.

Tinsley, Tenley, Kinley... all of these names go right in the bin - along with Peyton / Payton. I don't even know what to call this category of names, but it's my very least favorite.

I don't mind it.

I like it! It does bring tinsel to mind but I don't think it's a bad thing, just christmassy. If I had a baby around Christmas I would seriously consider it along with Holly, and right now I'd be leaning towards Tinsley, I think, it just sounds nice.

I think that it's much too close to 'tinselly', especially close to Christmas.

I tend to think about how it would feel to be a Tinsley in a sea of Harleys, Paisleys, Tinleys, Huxleys, Brantleys, Kingsleys, Finleys, Oakleys, Tenleys, Bexleys, Hadleys, Presleys, Brinleys, Tenleys, Khinleys and whatever other one-syllable sounds parents want to stick a -ley on the end of. I also think of the teachers with a room full of children constantly saying, "Sir/ Miss, did you say Tinsley or Kingsley?" Personally, I would imagine that in both cases, it would be more refreshing to have a name with a bit more substance to it. I don't mean to sound harsh, I actually like a lot of -ley ending names, I'm just really sick of this trend.

Sounds like that shiny silver tinsel people put up for holidays. It doesn't have a lot of substance.
