I love Louis both lou-ee and lew-is
But it can be confusing sometimes because I've known people who use this spelling but pronounce it both ways.
I'd prefer just to use Louie or Lewis
Never been a fan of Francis, but it's not bad, just dated in a way I'm not keen on
