These are fictional, I don't think I'd give twins/triplets/quadruplets such similar names.

Gabriella Noelle & Angelica Tinsley, (Gabby & Angel)
*Also, a note behind Gabby and Angel is they are Christmas twins, Gabriella, the feminine form of Gabriel, like the angel Gabriel. Noelle means Christmas. Angelica means angel, also like Gabriel and the other angels whose names have slipped my mind at the moment. Tinsley means tinsel, so yeah.
