I personally dislike Molly, but that name has more longevity than Morgan. I would picture an adult Molly, and a toddler Molly. I prefer Morgan, but I find it dated and associated with people in my age group (25-20) I do have a girl cousin named Morgan who is 14/15.

Molly, without a doubt. I see nothing wrong with the name Molly for a woman, nothing babyish about it at all imo. Definitely a far nicer option than Morgan, which I see as strictly masculine. I’ve always had a soft spot for Molly though, it’s very sweet and friendly.

I don't like Morgan, but it's stronger than Molly. Molly is sweet and old fashioned, so I guess it's what you feel more attuned to. Molly seems like a lady sitting in a crumbling Victorian house covered in floral wallpaper and dust.

Definitely Molly. It's much more mature than Morgan, and I think it fits fine on an adult.

Neither. Morgan is good but only for a boy, and I dislike Molly. I do like Polly, though: or just use Mary and let the nns happen.

As for Molly, I have no problems picturing it on an adult. Or any age for that matter. I have a close aunt named this (My mom's twin) and she's currently in her 50's. The name has suited her fine. (:
