I don't love it, but it is the only Adel-name that I like at all. It doesn't sound like addle, and it's very graceful.

It’s a bit on the frilly side. I prefer Adeline.

I like it. I think of Adelina Patti, the opera singer (and one of Patti LuPone's forebears).

Personally I gravitate more towards Adeline, because this seems like another one of the names that add the common suffix -lina onto traditional names. But it does sound gorgeous and remind me of bells ringing.

I like it. I like the look and sound of Adeline better, but I like that Lina could be used as a nickname of Adelina (I loathe Addie).
