I love the association with Isadora Duncan and the sound, and I'd be happy to use it if the nicknames Izzy or Dora were avoidable. I dislike Isidora, though - it's just a one letter difference, and yet the former feels fresh, while the latter is elderly and fussy.

I like it and I prefer the Isadora spelling to Isidora. I don't know that I'd ever actually use it though because I dislike "Dora" and I'd be afraid people would use that as a nickname. ;)I like Isadora Pearl best. The single syllable middle name w/ the 3 syllable first packs a punch.

Isidora is a really cool name.
(I dunno what "Isadora" is supposed to be though, unless it's after the dancer? Maybe it's Isabella smushed with Theodora? Or maybe it's emo - "I sad"-ora? I don't care for it.)Isidora Jane is cool, and Isidora Jean I like even more. I like it with these short spare names.
Isidora Ruth, Isidora Edith, Isidora EveIsidora Charis, Isidora MarleneConcrete noun-names (Briar, Pearl) don't make good middles for Isidora IMO because it sounds like "is a door a ___"
