There was a time when identical triplets was my ultimate fantasy. No more. What a nightmare. I hope they have a lot of support.
I don't really love any of the names. Clarissa is fussy to the point of being sickening to me. Ginevra and Marisol are very cool together, better together than apart, but neither is a favorite.
I think I'd probably go with Susannah or Anna, Eliza, and Louisa.
